Attorneys

Michael P. Infanti is an Associate Attorney and is a member of our Real Estate Practice Group. Mr. Infanti represents developers and landowners in the sale, acquisition, development and leasing of major industrial and commercial projects. He is experienced in the negotiation, drafting and preparation of commercial sale and purchase contracts, lease agreements and related matters on behalf of Fortune 500 and smaller corporate real estate clients. Mr. Infanti also has extensive knowledge of, and expertise with, a broad range of commercial transactions, banking and finance.

Mr. Infanti is a graduate of the Warrington School of Business at the University of Florida, where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration in 1997, with honors. After graduating from the University of Florida, Mr. Infanti entered a dual degree program at Stetson University College of Law, where he graduated with both a Juris Doctor Degree and a Masters of Business Administration Degree in 2000, Summa Cum Laude.

Mr. Infanti is actively involved in various community and professional organizations, where he prefers to take on various leadership positions. Mr. Infanti currently serves on the Condominium and Planned Development Committee of the Florida Bar's Real Property, Probate and Trust Section. He is also a member of the the Sarasota Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Council of Sarasota and various other professional and charitable organizations. Mr. Infanti previously served as an Executive Board Member of the Young Lawyers Division of the Sarasota County Bar Association, as well as a Corporate Board Member and Community Board Chair of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of the Suncoast, Inc. and an Executive Board Member of the Literacy Council of Sarasota, Inc.
