Darren R. Inverso is a member of our Trial Practice and Dispute Resolution Group and primarily practices in the areas of commercial and construction litigation, arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Inverso regularly handles complex contract disputes, real estate and development litigation, construction defect and design litigation, condominium disputes, corporate and partnership disputes, creditors rights matters, various banking matters including, workouts and foreclosures, in all Florida State and Federal courts.
Mr. Inverso has represented owners, developers, design professionals, contractors, lending institutions, realtors and brokers in various construction and real estate related matters. He has presented seminars on the Florida Construction Lien Law, Real Estate Sales Contracts and matters involving Commercial Lending and workouts. He also has experience in contract drafting, review and administration. His experience includes various types of projects, including commercial and residential construction, condominium complexes, joint venture agreements and purchase and sales contracts for real and personal property.
Mr. Inverso earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1997. Mr. Inverso earned his Juris Doctor from Western New England College School of Law in 2000 where he was a member of the National Moot Court Trial Team.
Mr. Inverso is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
