Ryan W. Owen is a member of our Trial Practice and Dispute Resolution Group. Focusing his practice on construction and commercial litigation, including matters involving contract disputes, real estate litigation, landlord/tenant, probate litigation, and corporate partnership disputes, Mr. Owen counsels his clients on all phases of the litigation process. His work includes claim analysis, interviewing key witnesses during depositions, discovery, preparation of motions and other court-required documentation, pre-trial preparation, trial, mediation and arbitration representation.


Mr. Owen earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law where he served as the Competition Vice-President of the Moot Court Board (2005-2006) and as an Articles and Comments Editor on the Business Law Review (2006). He was a Dean's Merit Scholar and received the Dean's Certificate of Outstanding Achievement recognizing him as the top student in his Real Property and Insurance Law and Policy classes. He earned his B.A. in French, cum laude, from Washington and Lee University and is conversant in French.
