“Celebrating Faces of Accomplishment” Luncheon for the Booker Law Program
The Booker Law Academy Mentor Program is a newly formed program, spearheaded by Judge Mercurio, where judges and lawyers in the community volunteer their time to serve as mentors to Booker high school students who have expressed an interest in the legal field. Mentors meet with their student weekly one-on-one, where they have the opportunity to discuss a variety of topics, including study techniques, college applications, volunteering, healthy choices, and professionalism. The lawyers and judges serve not only as a great professional resource to these students, but also as shining examples of quality individuals giving back to the community.
Our very own, Ally Glauser, an Associate and member of the Real Estate Practice Group, participated as a mentor for the Booker high school students during the 2017-2018 school year and will complete the mentorship program in May 2018.
