The Education Foundation’s Write Your Future Workshop is designed to help seniors hone their college admission essay writing skills through prompts and narrative and reflective writing skills. The workshops were offered at Riverview High School and Northport High School during the week of August 8-10th. Students learned to take their essay from concept to completion while receiving feedback along the way. Volunteers helped with classroom management and helped answer questions as needed. Volunteers learned tips and tricks for helping the students with their resumes and college essays.
