Southeastern Guide Dogs rely on the proceeds they receive to help raise, train, and match their amazing dogs with visually impaired students, people whose lives are transformed by new levels of independence and freedom. They also provide service dogs for veterans living with post-traumatic stress disorder.
One of our very own attorneys, John M Compton, served on the Board of Southeastern Guide Dogs in 2016 and 2017. Erik Hanson, an Associate with Norton Hammersley, has also been involved with this organization.
This year, Norton Hammersley’s involvement included our participation to walk as a team in the Walkathon on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at Payne Park in Sarasota. We had a great turn out of attorneys, staff and friends and are close to reaching our goal of $5,000.00.
